The Situation

In early 2024 — right as new bulk-sender requirements and DMARC expectations tightened across major mailbox providers — Curative Mushrooms was sending ~100,000 emails per day.   • Automation integrity: Reviewed and corrected Klaviyo flows, triggers, and routing logic; removed conflicts caused by legacy sequences and duplicate triggers.
  • Reputation protection: Implemented a controlled warm-up / throttling approach, list hygiene improvements, and engagement-based sending to protect sender reputation while volume stayed high.
  • Monitoring & visibility: Tightened deliverability monitoring and ongoing review so problems were measurable, not anecdotal.

Within ~3 weeks: inbox placement stabilized and became reliable and repeatable again (campaigns + automations)
