What we collect

JD Tech Consulting collects the minimum information needed to deliver our services and respond to inquiries. That includes:

  • Personal contact details (name, email, phone) you provide on the contact form or by email
  • Company name and project context you choose to share
  • Service-related information shared during engagements (limited to the scope of the work)
  • Privacy-respecting site analytics via Vercel Analytics — aggregate page views and Core Web Vitals only. No cookies are set, no individuals are identified, and no data is sold or shared.

How we use it

Information is used solely to respond to your inquiry, deliver the engagement you've contracted, comply with legal and tax obligations, and improve the website in aggregate. We do not run advertising, profile users, or sell data.

Sharing

We do not sell, rent, or trade personal information. Your information is shared only with vetted service providers required to deliver the service you've engaged us for (e.g. SMTP2GO for transactional email, Vercel for hosting, Cal.com for scheduling), and only when legally required. All providers are bound by data processing agreements equivalent or stricter than ours.

Security

All information is transmitted over TLS, stored on platforms with SOC 2 controls, and protected by access controls including MFA. Where engagements involve sensitive client data, additional encryption-at-rest, scoped credentials, and audit logging are implemented per the engagement.

Your rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of any personal information we hold about you. Email [email protected] with the request and a way to verify your identity. We respond within 30 days.

Cookies

This site does not use tracking or advertising cookies. Vercel Analytics is cookieless. The contact form uses Google reCAPTCHA v3, which may set a session token to verify the request is not automated; that token is used only for that purpose.
